A Song of Ice is a blended Scotch inspired by the Direwolves used as the sigil for the House of Stark. The aroma is lighter and a bit more fruity with notes of butterscotch. The flavor profile here is Jonnie Walker blend through and through with vanilla and honey notes over Clynelish's highland florals, candle wax, and apple. The finish in medium length with a lingering sweetness.
